Complaints

Your purchase is covered by the "Purchase Act", including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transport, defective or suffers from defects that have not been disclosed in the trade. The buyer hereby has a right of complaint.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
